19 Oct – Toastmaster Club meeting – Resolving Conflicts
Healthy CONFLICT benefits the organization and the individual. But there must be respect, discussion should be calm & non-defensive and all sides must genuinely seek resolution and ADAPT.
For Table Topics, we talked about how we would negotiate various conflict situations, even to see the problem "pragmatically" from different perspectives! Unhealthy conflict like bullying is destructive but healthy conflict leads to growth.
Our next meeting will be held on 2 Nov 2022 (Wed), 730pm at our E A C in Causeway Bay.
