| SERVANT LEADERSHIP became popular as a management style & philosophy in 1970s America. However it is an ancient concept found throughout history around the world. The most spectacular recent example was the late Queen Elizabeth II.

| One of the many traits of a Servant Leader is to be an ASTUTE steward of people & group resources.

| During Table Topics we had a lively discussion of TRAITS of GOOD STEWARDSHIP. A good steward must show initiative & industry, respect the role of steward, be shrewd, care for the earth, have humility, courage, integrity, accountability. It is a long list!

| Perhaps we can revisit this topic again.
