| 1 August – Stand-up Paddle Fun Day | ||
| We had a fun day at the Tuen Mun Canoe Club. We learned the basic skill and safety on how to mount on the board and stand-up paddling on the water to cool off this sizzling hot summer. It is so worth to wake up at 5:50am, new experience and so much fun. | ||
