| To be an effective leader, we need to build a big and strong leadership tent as proposed by Jack Zenger and Joe Folkman. The influence of our leadership depends on the pole distance and the tent size. The taller the pole, the bigger the tent, and the stronger the leadership required for protection and coverage. | ||
| Here below are the 5 pillars which help you to build a BIG LEADERSHIP TENT: Character (core centre pole), Personal Capability, Focus on Results, Interpersonal Skills, and Leading Organizational Change.The five pillars are strongly correlated to how we communicate and present ourselves to others - our partners, followers, seniors and subordinates. | ||
