| 15 Jul – MBS Alumni Toastmaster Club – Build the Club We Love | ||
| We successfully conducted an auspicious Club Officer Installation via Zoom with fun and professional creativity. | ||
| Instead of passing a single gavel physically on-site in person, the new Exco team passed the gavel symbolically via Zoom. There was a real gavel, an imaginary gavel, a paper gavel, a couple of virtual gavels plus several hammer gavels! | ||
| The University of Manchester East Asia Centre Regional Director, Christina Siu expressed her heartfelt gratitude to club members for their outstanding performance this past year. President Tim Chan outlined his club vision and new initiatives for 2020/21. Our new club motto is CLEAR to WOW – build a strong clear identity as a business elite speaking club so that AMBS students and alumni know what we do and how to add value to their studies and careers through the Toastmasters' program. | ||
