| A very successful Leadership Seminar was held in Tokyo on 14 March 2019. Our speaker, Mr. Ajay Singh, is a senior alumnus from the Full Time MBA program. With over 20 years of experience working in different multinational organizations and in-depth knowledge of leadership (the necessary devils), the RAC model and management skills, Ajay shared his stories on how to deal with cultural differences by using various motivational models and real-life examples. After the formal presentation, Ajay continued to share with the participants his ideas and insights on International Leadership. The very positive feedback encourages us to organise more self-development seminars for our Manchester stakeholders. | ||
