27 October - MBS and MBSAA Annual Dinner and AGM
The evening’s theme “Diversity & Inclusion” was ably presented by an array of attractive costumes and multi-lingual greetings. Speeches and greetings over, however, the theme common to all our alumni events “Warmth, companionship and energy” reasserted itself. Everyone enjoyed a generous buffet and top class wines while renewing and re-affirming friendships. After dinner, a keenly fought and intellectual game “Forming of words” using “Diversity and Inclusion” and “Words Solitaire” provided yet more fun. Throughout, we were graced by the presence of Profs Fiona Devine and Elaine Ferneley, who shared with us their views on plans for growth in our alma mater.
