Professor Charles Schell introduced us a special title ‘Regional Trade versus Free Trade’ in Tokyo in mid-October. During the afternoon's briefing session the talk covered following areas, including a short history of globalisation and trade agreements; The economic foundations of globalisation; The key differences between regional and global trade solutions; The future of trade and investment liberalisation; a two-speed solution.
