February 25 - 2011 Year of the Rabbit Spring Dinner
The Spring Dinner party was held successfully at The Chinese Club in Hong Kong on February 25, 2011 . Over 60 Alumni, students and guests networked over drinks on arrival. The event officially began with a talk on Negotiation Skills, next came the team-building game - a race to make Chinese-style sweet dumplings. The event ended with banquet style Chinese dinner, followed by lucky draws. And guess what everyone had for desert? The sweet dumplings made during the course of the game, of course !!!
